Beatrice ‘carries the German Flag’. She joined the GCBA in 1995 and became the first women President . She is still serving in this leading volunteer position to this day.
‘My primary objective is to preserve and maintain the local German Cultural Heritage and Economic Associations ‘ , Beatrice states.
In 2005, she became the Chair of the German Canadian Heritage Plaza. She also supports other German-related organizations in Vancouver, BC, such as the German Canadian Care Home, German Schools, SOS Children’s Village, BC and the St. Mark’s Church.
