Vancouver— March 24, 2021 —The German Canadian Business Association voted on the motion to present Beatrice Schreiber, current President and long-time member of the GCBA, with a certificate of Honorary Membership at the end of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
“Beatrice has been dedicated and loyal to the GCBA for the last 25 years,” said Ekkehard Goetting, Vice-President of the German Canadian Business Association. “Therefore, we would also like to offer her an Honorary Seat on the Board of Directors”.
After a short discussion, the members of the Association voted unanimously to accept Beatrice Schreiber as an Honorary Member, as well as an Honorary Board Member for life.
“I find this a great suggestion!” said Claudia Liebrecht, Membership Director. “I am in full support of this as special recognition on her 25th Anniversary.”
